The Simply relaxacise book and video have  been produced to give you an all-over work out in the minimum time. The video has five easy programs that only take 15 minutes each to complete. 
The book and video complement each other, the book has variations to the exercises shown on the video, as well as a set of trigger exercises to use during the day.
The video takes you through all the movements in the book. We recommend that you do each of the exercises first to familiarize yourself with the different movements.
Each 15-minute program has been devised to work every part of your body. The Beauty of the video is that you can extend the program by simply pausing or topping the tape to increase the number of repetitions or to hold the stretch for a little longer 
There is also a meditation session at the end, to help you truly relax and restore your inner calm
If I have 30 minutes in a day to exercise can  I do two programs book-to-book?
Yes.the idea of relaxacise is to do as much as your body wants to and if you can fit two sessions into your day, that's great.
Can I do the relaxation every time I complete a program?
yes.Its the beneficial after each program, but not essential.
What if miss a day?
if life becomes too hectic and you miss a day, you can just start again the next day. Remember that the book has a series of 'Trigger exercises' that you can do on those days when you don't have time for your full exercise routine 
How do I use the Book?
The book has been put together so you can design you own program. You start with the warm-up movements and  a breathing movement and you are ready to go. You can choose which exercises you would like to do. The book is ideal if you want to target a specific area. We suggest that you do two movements from each section. Combine these with your trigger excercises and you have a tailored program to suit your need and your lifestyle.
